Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise systems to hybrid/multi-cloud environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud spend through architectural improvements and cost analysis frameworks
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and engineering leadership
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud services and security best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with 5+ years in AWS/GCP
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or GCP Professional Cloud Architect
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
