Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Lead technical workshops with C-level stakeholders to define cloud migration strategies
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation for automated deployments
- Architect secure, compliant, and cost-optimized cloud environments meeting SOC 2 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews of technical documentation
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert certification in AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong background in security frameworks (IAM, encryption, network security)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migration projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
