- Mentor 5+ engineers through technical reviews and architecture planning
- Develop automation frameworks reducing deployment time by 40%+
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and engineering teams
- Drive DevOps best practices across 50+ production environments
Qualifications
- 8+ years cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record designing high-availability systems for 99.99% SLAs
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PCI)
- Experience leading $500K+ cloud transformation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
