Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS/Azure with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead technical discovery workshops to translate business requirements into cloud solutions
- Develop infrastructure-as-code templates using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud spend through FinOps practices and architecture reviews
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud security best practices (CIS, NIST)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record of migrating monolithic systems to cloud-native solutions
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
