Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead architecture reviews and technical presentations for C-level stakeholders
- Optimize cloud spend through FinOps strategies while maintaining performance
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through weekly code reviews and architectural guidance
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for 50+ microservices
- Ensure HIPAA/GDPR compliance in all cloud deployments
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Proven track record optimizing cloud costs by 30%+
- Strong background in financial services or healthcare IT
- CI/CD pipeline implementation with Terraform and Ansible
- Advanced knowledge of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Experience leading technical teams of 5+ engineers
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
