Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Lead technical workshops to translate business requirements into cloud architecture blueprints
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform/CloudFormation
- Perform security assessments and compliance audits for cloud deployments
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to optimize cloud costs and performance
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and executive sponsors
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert-level certification (AWS Solutions Architect/Specialty or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless technologies
- Strong background in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies
- Proven track record of designing solutions for high-availability systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
