Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into technical blueprints
- Develop cost optimization strategies and cloud governance frameworks
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
- Present solution architectures to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 3+ years in AWS/Azure design
- Expertise in Terraform, CloudFormation, and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert/Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level cloud migrations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
