Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures serving 1M+ users
- Lead technical workshops with C-level stakeholders to define cloud migration strategies
- Optimize cloud spending through FinOps methodologies while maintaining SLAs
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and security frameworks
- Present quarterly architecture reviews to the executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 8+ years cloud architecture experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in microservices architecture and Kubernetes orchestration
- Proven track record leading cloud migrations for large-scale enterprises
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in cloud security (CIS Benchmarks, IAM best practices)
- Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
