- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with CTO on strategic cloud roadmap
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, and serverless technologies
- Proven track record of enterprise-scale migrations
- Strong background in security/compliance frameworks (HIPAA/PCI)
