Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud security architectures for AWS/Azure environments
- Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for enterprise systems
- Develop automation tools for security monitoring and incident response
- Mentor junior engineers on security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Present security strategies to C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Research emerging threats and propose innovative mitigation solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in cloud security
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services (WAF, IAM, Security Hub)
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or AWS/Azure Security Specialty
- Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Proven track record of leading security transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
