Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud security architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Lead security assessments and penetration testing for high-profile government projects
- Develop incident response protocols and conduct forensic analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and establish security best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with evolving threat landscapes and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in cloud environments
- Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, or AWS/Azure Security Specialty
- Expertise in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience with FedRAMP and NIST compliance frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
- Proven track record with zero-trust architecture implementation
