Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Lead migrations of on-premise systems to cloud platforms
- Automate deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex cloud environments using Datadog/Prometheus
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement infrastructure-as-code practices
- Maintain documentation for architecture and operational procedures
- Drive cloud security initiatives and compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, GKE)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- Cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
