Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation with Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Conduct security audits and compliance monitoring (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and architecture patterns
- Optimize cloud costs through resource tagging and right-sizing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to reduce deployment time by 40%
- Document infrastructure blueprints and runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of network security principles and IAM policies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects
