Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and automation using GitLab CI and Jenkins
- Conduct infrastructure security assessments and implement robust IAM policies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize application performance and cost-efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot complex distributed systems with Datadog and Prometheus
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and capacity planning
- Mentor junior engineers and establish infrastructure best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps roles
- Expert proficiency in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, GKE)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash for automation
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Certifications (AWS/GCP Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator)
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems
