Responsibilities
- Design and implement resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-availability applications
- Lead cloud security initiatives including IAM policies and network security
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to reduce operational costs by 20%+
- Monitor system performance using Datadog and ELK stack
- Document infrastructure blueprints and runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in AWS/GCP/Azure with 3+ years in infrastructure-as-code
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python/Bash/PowerShell
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS) or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Proven ability to optimize cloud costs while improving performance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
