Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through continuous monitoring and automation
- Lead Kubernetes deployments with Helm and Istio service meshes
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices
- Conduct security audits and implement IAM best practices
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud architecture principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/GCP
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and monitoring
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Valid work authorization in the US or eligible for visa sponsorship
