Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Automate infrastructure monitoring using Prometheus/Grafana and ELK stack
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct quarterly disaster recovery drills and security audits
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives with 15-20% annual savings targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certifications
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for automation scripting
- Proven track record of architecting high-availability, scalable systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and container orchestration
