Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-availability AWS architectures using EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.95% SLA compliance
- Lead Kubernetes deployments on EKS with monitoring via Prometheus/Grafana
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on IaC best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years AWS experience with 3+ years in enterprise environments
- Expert-level Terraform, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD automation
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Pro and DevOps Engineer
- Strong background in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with FinOps practices and cost optimization frameworks
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
