Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-availability AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource monitoring
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-native environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline
- Provide expert-level support for production cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams on compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with 3+ years in cloud architecture
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or equivalent
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
