Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP/Azure architectures supporting 10M+ users
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise financial services clients
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert AWS/GCP/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent)
- Proven track record designing high-availability systems for financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless technologies
- Strong background in security compliance (SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder presentations
