Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to define technical requirements.
- Conduct research and experiments to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical standards are met in all AI deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
