The Role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the design, training, and deployment of large-scale machine learning systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to transform complex data into actionable intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge deep learning models and neural architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct research to identify and integrate emerging AI methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure model scalability, latency optimization, and robustness in production environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
