Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation BCI signal processing pipelines.
- Define system requirements and technical roadmaps for the 2026 product line.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to optimize signal-to-noise ratios in real-time.
- Oversee the integration of machine learning models into low-latency hardware stacks.
- Ensure scalability and security of user data in decentralized neural networks.
- Conduct rigorous technical validation and performance testing.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent advanced degree.
- 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, preferably within high-frequency trading or aerospace.
- Deep expertise in C++, CUDA, Python, and FPGA programming.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering teams through product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization and signal processing algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
