Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI adoption, identifying key trends and technologies that will define the industry landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Oversee the design and implementation of large-scale AI infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, secure, and scalable for future growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
- Research & Development: Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging AI models (LLMs, Computer Vision) and determine their feasibility for product integration.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles, with a focus on future planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and the Generative AI ecosystem.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
