Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI infrastructures capable of handling complex, high-volume data streams for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the technical vision for our AI initiatives, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical, production-ready applications.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Roadmap Definition: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the 3-5 year technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends like quantum-inspired computing.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of working on cutting-edge projects, patents, or open-source contributions in AI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
