Responsibilities
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap designed to dominate organic traffic trends for 2026.
- AI Integration: Implement and optimize AI-driven content strategies, including generative AI workflows and automated SEO auditing tools.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Oversee the technical infrastructure to ensure optimal crawlability, indexing, and site performance across all devices.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Lead deep-dive analyses into user behavior, conversion funnels, and keyword intent to drive data-backed decisions.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-authority, intent-based content that aligns with emerging search behaviors.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Proactively monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data manipulation; experience with schema markup and structured data.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of how AI impacts search, including LLMs, voice search optimization, and semantic indexing.
- Tools: Advanced user of Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical SEO concepts to executive stakeholders.
