Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary engineer to lead the development of our core perception and decision-making algorithms for our autonomous fleet.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models for computer vision and sensor fusion.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time performance on edge computing devices.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software solutions with physical robotic platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure safety and reliability in all autonomous operations.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI/ML.
- Drive the research roadmap for proprietary AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Strong background in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and SLAM.
- Experience with LiDAR, cameras, and sensor integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
