Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models for autonomous navigation and decision-making systems.
- Optimize deep learning algorithms for low-latency processing on edge devices and robotics platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into physical products.
- Research and prototype novel approaches in reinforcement learning and computer vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure scalable, robust system architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Robotics, or software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and embedded systems integration.
- Deep understanding of machine learning theory, including deep neural networks, transformers, and generative models.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready software solutions.
