Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of advanced AI/ML models for the 2026 Initiative
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research roadmaps and technical specifications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Drive innovation in ethical AI frameworks and responsible deployment strategies
- Secure research grants and manage project timelines/budgets
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in deep learning, neural networks, and quantum computing principles
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing
- Experience leading research teams and managing complex technical projects
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable solutions
