Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced neural architectures targeting AGI capabilities by 2026.
- Design and optimize large-scale transformer models for improved reasoning, memory, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deploy research findings into production environments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building, training, and deploying state-of-the-art Machine Learning models.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and NLP.
- Strong track record of publishing in reputable AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to handle massive datasets and optimize model inference latency.
