You will work alongside world-class engineers and ethicists to solve the most complex challenges in scalability, interpretability, and AGI (Artificial General Intelligence).
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on advancing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision models for 2026 deployment.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Publish & Disseminate: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership in the AI sector.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical roadmaps and experimental frameworks that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, with a proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply foresight to current project architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
