Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of novel algorithms and machine learning models focused on predictive analytics and natural language processing.
- Model Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize deep neural network architectures for high-volume data processing.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into production-ready products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publication: Contribute to and publish research papers in top-tier AI conferences and journals to establish thought leadership.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research, development, or engineering roles within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of statistical modeling and optimization techniques.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and debug intricate codebases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
