Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to translate research into production-ready AI solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI to drive product differentiation.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical rigor.
- Publish high-impact research papers and secure patents for proprietary algorithms.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in large-scale environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a lead technical role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning principles, statistical modeling, and algorithm optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
