Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art foundation models, optimizing for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate complex research into scalable, production-ready software.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish industry thought leadership.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and data analysis to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and LLM optimization techniques.
- Experience with distributed training, MLOps, and deploying models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
