Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, next-generation deep learning models focused on temporal reasoning and predictive analytics.
- Drive the research roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, identifying novel algorithms and methodologies that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of cognitive scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable, real-world applications.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, bias mitigation, and ethical AI governance within the organization.
- Present technical findings and architectural strategies to executive stakeholders and external partners at industry conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research engineering, software development, or applied machine learning at top-tier tech companies or research institutions.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a proven track record of publishing in reputable conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong background in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes, Spark) and high-performance computing environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in uncharted technological territories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
