Responsibilities

- Research Leadership: Lead the research and development lifecycle for Project 2026, driving innovation from concept to prototype.
- Model Optimization: Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and optimization to ensure models are scalable, efficient, and production-ready.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists, to translate research into real-world applications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers in leading AI conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Research Track Record: A proven track record of publishing in top-tier venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or CVPR.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
