Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Lead the design and implementation of novel transformer architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms aimed at achieving human-level reasoning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large-scale model inference and training efficiency using distributed computing techniques.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI concepts using Python, PyTorch, and custom frameworks.
- Ethical AI: Collaborate with the ethics board to ensure AI safety, fairness, and alignment with human values.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into scalable production systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and provide technical guidance on research methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain is highly preferred.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering impactful open-source projects.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
