Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Large Language Models (LLMs), generative adversarial networks, and reinforcement learning.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement novel neural network architectures that optimize for speed, memory, and accuracy.
- Prototype & Deploy: Move concepts from the lab to production using modern MLOps pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and design teams to translate complex research into user-centric solutions.
- Publish & Contribute: Author high-impact academic papers and contribute to open-source repositories to advance the global AI community.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark) is highly desirable.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and data structures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems with creative and rigorous approaches.
