Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation machine learning algorithms tailored for 2026 infrastructure.
- Design and implement scalable AI models that handle complex, high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and robustness.
- Mentor junior engineers and research scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI capabilities aligned with long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences or journals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
