Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Optimize Performance: Conduct rigorous research to improve model inference speed and reduce computational costs for production deployment.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the exploration of novel architectures, including Transformer variations and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers and software engineers to translate theoretical research into viable, scalable products.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Guide a team of researchers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor the global AI landscape to identify emerging technologies and methodologies that could revolutionize our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and development.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Specialization: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
