Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for large-scale language models and multimodal systems.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource constraints.
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and contribute to the open-source community.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning research and development.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience deploying models to production environments using cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
