Your Mission:
As a key member of our Future Systems team, you will bridge the gap between classical deep learning architectures and emerging quantum processors, creating hybrid models that outperform traditional silicon-based AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced quantum algorithms integrated with deep neural networks for real-time predictive analytics.
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable AI infrastructures capable of processing petabytes of multimodal data.
- Optimize quantum circuit compilation and error mitigation strategies to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and security experts to define the roadmap for 2026 AI readiness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical workshops on quantum machine learning best practices.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models in simulated environments before real-world deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in developing high-performance machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum software development kits (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles applied to computational algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
