Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems and hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into advanced neural network optimization and quantum algorithm integration for real-world applications.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters, ensuring low-latency data processing and high scalability.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap and product vision for 2026 and beyond.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading high-level AI or Systems Architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in quantum computing paradigms, error correction, and quantum simulation.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy from conception to execution.
