Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for hybrid Quantum-Classical computing environments.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting deployment in the 2026 timeframe, ensuring scalability and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical quantum mechanics into practical, deployable algorithms.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize system performance and data throughput for high-frequency trading and predictive modeling applications.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and compliance in future tech development.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and technical architectural assessments to ensure code quality and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Proven experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud-based quantum services (e.g., AWS Braket, Azure Quantum).
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ for high-performance system development.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, neural networks, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
