Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient architectures that leverage both classical AI and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, ensuring all systems are future-proof.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and security standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and quantum information science.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams through complex technical challenges.
