Your Role
You will bridge the gap between classical AI architectures and emerging quantum computing paradigms. You will lead a team of elite engineers and researchers to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and quantum algorithms for enterprise applications.
- Lead the integration of quantum hardware with classical machine learning pipelines.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI optimization and efficiency.
- Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into product roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Present technical findings and architectural designs to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
