Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Quantum-AI convergence and edge computing architectures.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure neural network architectures integrated with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a cross-functional team of data scientists, quantum physicists, and software engineers to ensure best practices in code and design.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs to translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready AI solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of models on high-performance computing clusters and optimize inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architect role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrable experience with quantum algorithms, quantum hardware simulation, or hybrid quantum-classical models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
