Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning models and AI infrastructure for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead research and development initiatives focusing on Generative AI, NLP, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
