Responsibilities
- Model Development: Spearhead the design, training, and fine-tuning of large-scale deep learning models for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Architect scalable, high-performance inference pipelines to handle real-time data streams.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias and privacy.
- Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain is highly preferred.
- Cloud Computing: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Aptitude: Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
