Responsibilities
- Architect Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures for the 2026 initiative.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference, reduce latency, and ensure high availability across distributed systems.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new algorithms, papers, and frameworks to improve our core technology.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering scalable solutions.
